If you see the following message, “ Access denied. Please contact your PowerSchool System Administrator”, this means that you need a password reset. All password reset requests should go to the helpdesk@new-haven.k12.ct.us. All other PowerSchool inquiries should go to the researchassessment@new-haven.k12.ct.us
